Agnes Questionmark in group show at MACRO (Museum of Contemporary Art Rome): UNAROMA Curated by Luca Lo Pinto and Cristiana Perrella
UNAROMA SET
On the ground floor, Set takes the form of a wide green strip that runs through the space, along which the works—through painting, photography, video, sculpture and largely new installations—unfold in sequence.
With works by: José Angelino, Micol Assaël, Elisabetta Benassi, Tomaso de Luca, Tomaso Binga, Paolo Canevari, Anouk Chambaz, Alessandro Cicoria, Giulia Crispiani, Pauline Curnier Jardin & Feel Good Cooperative, Jos de Gruyter & Harald Thys, Liryc Dela Cruz, Rä di Martino, Federica Di Pietrantonio, Isabella Ducrot, Theo Eshetu, Beatrice Favaretto, Grossi Maglioni, Diego Gualandris, Auriea Harvey, Emiliano Maggi, Andrea Mauti, Diego Miguel Mirabella, Sabina Mirri, Fiamma Montezemolo, Matteo Nasini, Lulù Nuti, Giorgio Orbi, Lina Pallotta, Nicola Pecoraro, Francesca Pionati and Tommaso Arnaldi, Gianni Politi, Agnes Questionmark, Marta Roberti, Andrea Salvino, Suzanne Santoro, Lele Saveri, Gabriele Silli, Lorenzo Silvestri, Nico Vascellari.
UNAROMA LIVE
With Live, on the first floor, the green screen expands to occupy the entire space with scenic devices designed to host weekly live actions, concerts, DJ sets, conversations, workshops and screenings. Engaging a network of artists, collectives and curatorial and editorial platforms, each intervention leaves a trace of its passage through the museum, like a fragment of a collective film in constant becoming.
With: Silvia Calderoni and Ilenia Caleo, Canzonieri, CASTRO, CURA., Alvin Curran, DJ SERVICE, FLAMING CREATURES, Industria Indipendente, IUNO, Litografia Bulla and Donato Panaccio, LOCALES, Federico Lodoli and Carlo Gabriele Tribbioli, MAI MAI MAI, Mastequoia, NERO, Quayola, Hugo Sanchez, Carola Spadoni, SPAZIO GRIOT, Giulio Squillacciotti, Strada, Vittoria Totale, Villa Lontana Records, VIPRA SATIVA.
UNAROMA OFF
The exhibition continues beyond the museum with Off, which spreads across the city by inviting independent Roman spaces to realize projects at their venues—with the museum’s support—during the months of the show: exhibitions, awards, performances and open studios.
With: KENE, Lateral Roma, Porto Simpatica, Post Ex, Spazio In Situ, Spazio Mensa, Zoo Zone Art Forum.
